Much gratitude to Rise Ashen for allowing me to scatter steel stringed soundwaves over his inspiring Handpan track.

Some background to this soundscape:
Several years ago I heard my talented friend Rise Ashen release this live handpan performance, which resonated with me immediately. I love melodic percussion and the atmosphere it creates.
I recall playing along with it then on my 12-string and dreaming of recording some textural acoustic guitar along with it soon. Time flies.. I thought that was weeks or months ago..yet it was 2.5 years.

One night a few weeks ago I reached out to Rise and mentioned this interest I had in improvising along with his wonderful percussive tones and decided to put fingers into action - and as luck would have it my guitar was already tuned in a matching open chord!
Serendipity Doo Dah..

This is my first pass with 3 acoustic guitar tracks interspersed.
There may yet be other mixes but this one tickles my ears in some pleasing ways, maybe for you too.
